Service Department

Our service department has continued to grow adapting with new technology and during the past twenty years has gained vast experience with analogue machines, new digital machines and of course new colour multi-functional products. All our technicians regularly attend manufacturer based training for new equipment and take part in continuous IT training, incorporating all network issues, printing and scanning.

Copybest provide service to the whole of the East Anglian region, to all machines that we supply and install. We have recently expanded our in-house service team with office IT specialists and a remote access system that allows the technicians to guide our users through any problems that they might have.

As a company we use the latest control system that allows customer machine monitoring and provides a host of information for our field based technicians, all of which is available from their portable, hand-held device.
